SERVICE POLICY

We take pride in the products we bring to the market and stand behind them.
We believe in the brands and the products they help us bring to market that help bring greater joy to Music and Movies for our customers.
Each brand has its own service policy and we stand behind them to service our customers the same way as the parent company would.
Purchases from authorised resellers are the only ones on which Warranty and Service is extended as per the terms mentioned here in.

PIONEER
  • AV Receivers / Home Theater Package carry a 2 year warranty and enjoy a Sarry in service.
  • Blu-ray Players, Speakers, Soundbars, Turntables & Headphones carry a 1 year warranty from date of invoice and enjoy a Carry in Service.

For warranty claim/ availing service the following are a must:

  • This warranty is applicable only on products purchased from an authorised dealer.
  • Online purchases on Amazon & Flipkart from sellers other than Appario, Supercomnet and KEI will NOT be covered under KEI’s warranty or service support.
  • Presentation Original Invoice with Product Serial No + Warranty card at the service centre with the product
  • The warranty is void, if the serial number on the product has been altered, removed or defaced.
  • Shipping to and from our repair center will be the responsibility of the original purchaser.
