Warranty


Nature of service: (Within warranty / Post Warranty)

Repairs during warranty /post warranty period will be strictly on “Carry In" Basis.  Warranty will be honored on the following terms:

  • The purchaser shall arrange to bring the product to the nearest KEI Authorized Service Centre. The warranty does not cover cost of transportation of system to the KEI Authorized Service Centre.
  • The purchaser should provide the original invoice clearly showing the serial number to the KEI Authorized Service Centre, on demand.
  • KEI provides warranty coverage ONLY for products imported by KEI and sold by  KEI Authorized Dealers within India.


Warranty does not apply with respect to the following:

  • Defects or damage caused by accident, fire and flood lightning or other acts of God.
  • Defects or damage caused by abuse, misuse, negligence or failure to observe the instructions in the user manual furnished along with the product.
  • Damage caused during shipment or handling.
  • Products that have had their serial numbers altered, removed or disfigured.
  • Warranty does not cover any external accessories attached to the system.
  • This warranty will not cover cleaning & maintenance service or general service.

Replacement Under Warranty:

  • Replacement under warranty is applicable Only against DOA (dead on arrival) cases.     
  • Within 15 days from date of invoice against manufacturing defect.  
  • Software updation related issues are  not covered  under  replacement   coverage.    

Product purchased from e-Commerce websites:

  • KEI will provide warranty and post warranty support for all products which have been imported and sold by KEI. 
  • KEI will not support for warranty or any service requests for products sold by unauthorized dealers/ importers other than KEI.

DENON / PEACHTREE/HEGEL/DUNE /ZAPPITI PLAYER/Primare’

  • 12 months Comprehensive Warranty from the date of invoice  by  KEI Authorized dealer in India.

ELAC  / TANNOY

  • For Speaker Drivers: 36 months comprehensive warranty  from  the date of invoice by KEI authorized Dealer.
  • For  Amplifiers:  12 months  comprehensive warranty  from the date of invoice by KEI Authorized Dealer  

Disclaimer – Cabinets  and Grills are not covered  under  warranty.

Cables : Kasper / INAKUSTIK ( ONLY HDMI )

  • 12 months replacement  warranty  ONLY against manufacturing defects

LD Systems

  • 12 months comprehensive warranty of Speaker and Electronics Module.
